Please note that we require a 48 hour advanced booking notice. Your reservation is not considered confirmed until you speak with one of our concrete pump operators via telephone. One of our pump operators will call you within 2 hours of making your online reservation. Terms & Conditions: Gray Corp. assumes no responsibility for damage inside curb line or property. Gray Corp. is not responsible for delays caused by improper scheduling of concrete trucks, changes of aggregate or incocrrect batching of concrete. Parking lots: Any jobs located in any type of parking lot/vehicle parking area-Gray Corp. is not responsible for clean up of concrete spill out/ over-pour or concrete providers errors. Contractor is responsible for providing Gray Corp. with a designated area for washing out concrete pump & hoses. This area cannot be more than 50 feet from last section of pour; unless a crew is provided to assist with hose manipulation. During clean-out process, vehicle cannot/will not be moved. Gray Corp. does not/ cannot provide any type of warranty arising out of the fact that we are utilizing another company's product; i.e. concrete. Concrete pump slumps will be ultimately determined by concrete pump operator for equipment safety. Payment is due in full on the date concrete is delivered/poured. Any bounced checks (checks that are returned for insufficient funds/closed accounts/stopped payments) will result in contractor/homeowner being charged an additional $250 per hour for any/all legal/attorney fees or additional time Gray Corp. is required to spend on collecting the entire payment. This will also subject the property to a lien, per Florida Statute Chapter 17, Part 1.
